The Course
Set on both sides of a quiet country road just outside Poynton, the course measures 6034 yards from the white tees.
Specifically testing holes include the First, Third, Fourteenth, Seventeenth & Eighteenth but every hole presents challenges to even the most able golfer.
Our team of greenkeepers under the respected guidance of Head Greenkeeper Frank Frost, continues to work to maintain course development and improvment.
With accumulated experience of 85 years the team still find daily challenges in an ever changing environment !
The use of single seat personal buggies for those suffering from a disability as defined under the Disability Discrimination Act is permitted providing (a) that the necessary documentation (available from the Club office) is submitted in advance and (b) that the approved buggy routes are followed – details will be provided on the day if not before. A practice putting green and nets are located next to the professionals shop and the practice range can be found adjacent to the 15th fairway.
