Davenport Golf
- Our Club House

The welcome at Davenport Golf Club is always warm and always genuine. That’s illustrated perfectly here in our Clubhouse, the beating heart of the Club. Here, you can relax and unwind after a tough round – or take time to prepare beforehand.

Welcome to the 19th

The Clubhouse is everything you’d expect from a Club as comprehensively good and welcoming as ours. Clubhouse Manager Fraser Weston and his team will ensure you are looked after to the nth degree, and nothing is too much trouble. Whatever your event or requirements, they’re renowned for going the extra mile to ensure your event is everything you’d hope for.

Our Clubhouse is a distinctive building, with high pitched ceilings affording a light and airy feel.

A spacious and comfortable lounge bar means there’s always a seat for you, and top-class sport is available on the large television. Our well-appointed sun terrace, overlooking the first tee and the 14th and 18th greens, with views to the far west, is possibly one of the best places to enjoy a relaxing drink on a summer evening. To really round off the perfect day, take advantage of our first-class catering and treat yourself to a hearty meal in our relaxed dining room.

Life's too short to spend all the time in the gym. I just like to have a few beers and enjoy myself too.

Course or Conference

Now, the age-old excuse ‘I’m on a course this afternoon’ can mean more than ducking off to get a round in.

We can provide well-equipped conference and meeting facilities, always promising the same attention to detail and nothing-is-too-much-trouble approach.

The Community Room Conference Facilities and flexible hosting solutions can accommodate up to 24 guests for meetings, or seat 50 in theatre style. Ideal for conferences, business meetings, special events, product launches, training courses, seminars, club meetings, teaching and activity classes.

You’ll be looked after by our well-trained and attentive hosts with excellent catering, and superb bar. Davenport is an out-of-town quiet countryside location, and the facility is equipped free wi-fi, a large free car park, good mobile reception. The room is private and self-contained. We can provide conference materials on request, flip charts and 55” smart TV facilities.

The Social Side

Davenport’s well-earned reputation as the friendliest and most sociable Golf Clubs is epitomised by our impressive array and wide range of social events, with literally something for everyone.

There’s a social event planned at least once a month, whether that’s quiz nights, cabaret evenings or formal dining evenings. Always well attended, our social side reflects the welcoming and friendly ethos of our club. The perfect way to get to know fellow members and become a real part of the club.

He that can have patience can have what he will.
